On March 28, 2025, the National On-site Conference on Safety Supervision of Non-coal Mines was held in Yaozhihe Village, Baokang County, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. The conference was attended by the responsible persons of safety management of central enterprises involved in mining, the responsible persons of non-coal mine safety supervision departments of each provincial-level administrative region, and the responsible persons of relevant departments of the National Mine Safety Administration. 

This conference focused on the safety production and intelligent transformation of non-coal mines, showcasing a series of advanced mining machinery and equipment. Among them, the intelligent rock drilling robot independently developed by Kaishan Heavy Industry once again delivered a satisfactory performance with its stable performance and smooth automated operation process.

 On the 28th, on the large screen of the dispatching and command center of Hubei Longmao Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd., the intelligent rock drilling robot that was working became the focus of the entire venue. In the deep tunnel, the rock drilling robot accurately completed the tasks of automatic scanning and positioning, hole layout and drilling in just three minutes, winning the recognition of the attending leaders and experts. 

With the support of remote control and autonomous operation technologies, operators can monitor the operation status of equipment from a safe area throughout the process, completely avoiding safety hazards such as cave-ins and dust. This truly realizes the mine safety concept of "fewer people mean greater safety, and no people mean even greater safety".
