The KF-120 personnel carrier is a self-propelled, diesel-powered, tire-equipped vehicle designed for transporting personnel in metal and non-metal underground mines without explosion-proof requirements. Developed by our company based on technical specifications for small-to-medium-sized mine tunnels and strictly adhering to national regulations and standards, this commuter vehicle facilitates the descent and ascent of work crews to and from underground operations.

  • This equipment features a modular design with a compact structure for easy maintenance. Its use significantly enhances operational efficiency and safety.
  • The undercarriage employs a hydraulic-mechanical transmission system with an articulated frame and rubber-tired wheels, delivering high travel speeds, smooth gear changes, a compact turning radius, and exceptional hill-climbing capability.
  • Braking System: Service brakes utilize fully enclosed multi-disc wet spring-applied brakes. The hydraulic brake circuit is single-circuit, equipped with an emergency pressure release device. The parking brake is a normally closed mechanical brake with hydraulic release, ensuring reliable braking performance and safety assurance.
  • Fully enclosed cab and passenger compartment with climate control.
  • The drive train employs a torque converter to drive the transmission shaft. Featuring full-time four-wheel drive, the torque converter offers three forward and three reverse gear ratios, delivering stable operation, smooth handling, and high automation.
